CCB provides scholarship upto 70% in college’s fee in its member colleges.  CCB has associated with many colleges of different courses in India and all colleges are approved by AICTE, UGC, MHRD-Govt. of India, State Govt. university or Board and other required departments of government of India as per the rules. Suppose you want to take admission in B.Pharma, so colleges must be approved by Pharmacy Council of India apart from UGC, State University and other. CCB has tie up with leading colleges of India and reserved some seats (10 to 20% seats in different courses and branches) under scholarship scheme for SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority financial backward students. CCB invites application and organize counselling every year for the welfare of the students and higher education.

To apply for CCB scholarship, first of all, you select your state on CCB website and click on the link ‘Apply Now” on your state page. You will see an application form, fill up this form carefully and submit. Before submitting application form, you must choose your choice course. After submission of form, you will get an application receipt or counselling letter on the screen, you must get it printed or can save in your mobile for further references. If you forget to take printout of it or it does not appear on the screen, no need to worry, you can click on the link ‘Download Application Receipt’ or “Counselling Letter” and then take printout of it.

If you are appearing or pass-out student of 10th/12th/final year in UG or PG courses from any recognized Board or college or university and willing to take admission in Technical or Professional courses,  you can apply for CCB scholarship scheme.

No. You do no need to upload any documents or photograph at the time of application; You need to provide all required documents i.e. Your ID and address proofs, certificates of educational qualifications and Allotment Letter of CCB at the time of admission in your choice college from the list of CCB.

No issue. You can change your course at the time of counselling and final allotment.

After applying on CCB website, you will be invited for Counselling round. You must attend the counselling process of CCB for more details. At the time of counselling, you will be provided colleges list, detail information of the colleges, location, placements, approvals & affiliations, facility, original fee and discounted fee after CCB scholarship and other information. You must keep in touch with the website for new updates.

Colleges list will be provided at the time of counselling only as per the seats availability under scholarship scheme of CCB at that time.

At the time of counselling, you will be provided colleges list, detail information of the colleges, location, placements, approvals & affiliations, facility, original fee and discounted fee after CCB scholarship and other information. You will have to select your choice college and course from the list and take Allotment Letter of your selected college from CCB. Allotment Letter is must to get the benefit of this scholarship. After allotment, you can call the college’s director and inform him/her about the Allotment Letter, your course and your date of arrival at the college. You have to report to the college within your dates with all of your documents and CCB Allotment Letter.

Counselling is started from 20th May or 1st June every year till 15th July or it may exceed as per the requirements. Your counselling date will be mentioned in your counselling letter. You must take printout of your counselling letter from the website. Click the link of ‘Download Counselling Letter” to get the printout of it.

It happens some time due to server down or much traffic on the website. You may wait or visit the website after some time and try to download again. After downloading, you can get it printed or save in your mobile for further process. To download the Letter, you must enter your name with same spelling and your date of birth as you have filled up in the application form.

No, not at all. CCB does not charge any fee in any name for the application, counselling, registration or admission. So please do not get into the trap of any agent or fraud. For any doubt, you must inform CCB on helpline numbers.

Yes. It is compulsory to take the Allotment Letter from CCB for admission in the CCB associated colleges under scholarship scheme. If you go directly to the college without Allotment Letter, you may be charged full fee as per the college norms.  If you register yourself in the college without CCB Allotment Letter, CCB will not help you in any case. You will be treated as direct admission on full fee of the college. So you must take allotment letter of CCB before visiting any of the college.

Yes, You can change the college from the list if seat is available in the college at that time. If you have deposited any fee in the college, it will be refunded by the college and from the college only. CCB does not play any role in refunding your amount from the college.

Yes, You can apply for any scholarship provided by Government of India or your state welfare department or any private organization or NGOs. CCB has no connection with any government scholarship department. So if you are eligible for any scholarship apart from CCB, you can apply as per the norms of concerned department. You can avail the benefit of both the scholarship at the same time, one from CCB and other from any scholarship department.

Yes, of course. You can apply on National Scholarship Portal if you are eligible and take benefit of both as CCB has nothing to do with any other scholarships scheme.

Yes. You can take loan from any nationalized bank as per the norms of concerned bank. As CCB provides all Government approved colleges, so you are eligible to take loan. Colleges will provide all required documents for the Loan as Bonafide certificate, fee structure, certificates of AICTE/UGC or other approvals and affiliations and your admission letter to the bank. It all depends upon the bank and you local reputation and CIBIL.

It is impossible. CCB has written association with the colleges regarding scholarship in fee for the students. If you face any issue, you must inform CCB for quick action.
